Don't know where to turn for some help so i came here because i got some help in the past.
I have had to restore my iMac and have done something horrid to my iTunes.
Basically, there were loads of duplicates so i stupidly managed to delete a massive chunk of them.
Problem is that they still ALL play in iTunes although some say that they are in .Trashes which i assume means they live in my Wastebasket. I have tried to get them back out of the Wastebasket using the Put Back option but its greyed out.
Some of the tracks (many of them) show up in Bold and some Feint in iTunes.
Anyone know of a way out of this? I have tried to get to the Apple Discussion forum at the Apple site but it looks like it is down.
Help, any assistance will be appreciated - even another place to try
