So I've got a few part's already and I am looking at some others with a bit of struggle and wanted general advise & input on the rest of it and anything I made need to look at?

MOBO: ASUS Maximus VII Ranger Intel Z97
CPU: i7 Intel Devils Canyon (4.00Ghz)
RAM:
Case: Corsair 450D
GPU: MSi GTX970
PSU:

So I know I don't have any RAM or PSU selected but that's the parts I'm struggling with. It's pretty much gaming related that it'll be used for an hardly anything else.

Any decent black or red 8GB 2133/2400 RAM to match the motherboard. The more you spend the tighter (better) the timings usually, but it doesn't have much impact in normal usage.

NOTE: Your choice of CPU cooler may impact on your RAM choice (low or tall RAM heatsinks). And cooler is maybe something you need to look at as well, if you haven't got one already.

For a single GTX 970, a good 500/550w will do. To be covered for SLI, aim for 750w. SuperFlower and EVGA have good and well-priced PSUs.

If you're looking to SLI very soon then you may aswell, you'd save yourself a good few £'s! I'm looking to SLI in perhaps a year's time and I'm looking at a 750/850W PSU! (Yet to buy/build yet anyway ha!)
