Hi All,

I have been given a UP2414Q 24" 4k monitor, and i am trying to make it run at its non-native 4K resolution. (4k is just too high resolution for my eyes to see at the distance i sit from the display).

How can i find out what resolutions and refresh rates are supported? Ideally id like a 16:9 resolution at 60hz but higher than 1080p? If i change the support resolution over 1080p its jumps back to 30hz and displays wrong (like its scales the display to a portion of the screen).

I would make the DPI higher but then my other non-UD displays are simple useless.

Ok.. some wierd stuff going on: The manual states it supports:

2560 x 1440 60.0hz

But windows only shows..

2880 x 1620 30hz or 3840 x 2160 30hz ..

Any ideas why windows would not report the correct support resolutions?

Have you installed the right driver for the monitor?

Ive installed the one from the disc.. and also tried installing the one from Dells website. (from Jan 2014).

Its reporting the correct display: Dell UP2412Q (DP). But still shows a load of resolutions that aren't support and NOT the resolution i really need :(
