Anyone using/enjoying Hue lights? I have 2 spots and a strip which are great in conjunction with sonos and Hue Disco. I've tried some ITTT links but it seems a bit ropey.

What stuff have you done?

I have mine just in my room. I use the Hue app to have them turn on a bluey tone before I wake up in the morning to replicate sun rise (slow turn on over half hour), and then have an alarm go off once they're full brightness. ITTT turns it off at 7am, and then they turn on at sunrise and turn off at 11pm.

It's just all automated timing. The colour options are nice, but the massive colour range I do often feel is a bit more of a novelty than anything else.

Are these kind of setups any good for people who suffer from SAD? I note you mention they are good at replicating sunrise so wondered if they could help when it gets to late-September time and the nights get darker quicker and the mornings stay darker for longer.
