At work tonight and I bent over to pick some rubbish up and my back went it took me almost 15 minutes to stand back up.
The pain I am in now is well painful and I had to suffer through the rest of the night and to top it off I have to use public transport
Also I work with some of the most annoying unsympathetic people alive but i got to admit I am just as bad.
Any home remedies for back pain would be great
