6700k, Asus Z170i, fixed voltage?

Hi,

I think I may have found the reason my 6700k is going to nearly 100 degrees when stress testing. I think it is the adaptive voltage going too high. I have the Asus Z170i ITX motherboard. Anybody able to help with how to set a fixed voltage so I stays at that no matter what or even better drops when idle but doesn't go above a certain voltage when being hammered? I want 4.5 really so what fixed voltage do you recommend for that? Was thinking 1.3v

You should definitely change from adaptive voltage.

1.3 would be a good starting point, you may even be able to get it lower if you're willing to do some fine tuning on it.
