This is the warranty: "35 Total Bytes Written (TBW) for the 120 GB model and 70 TBW for the 250 GB model or up to 3 years, whichever comes first".

Could someone please clarify what a TBW is?

^^ Depends on what you're planning on using the SSD for. For most people's use cases 35-70TB is probably enough to last quite a few years, but if you're planning on using the SSD as a scratch drive, for instance, then you might go through its stated endurance quite quickly. Only you can estimate whether a particular drive will have enough endurance for your purposes.

What happens after you reach that read/write mark ? it just dies ?
It's only the writes that are limited, reads don't wear the drive out. The number of writes quoted on the waranty are really just there to stop businesses using the consumer versions of their drives. It won't stop working when you hit that number and it will probably keep working for many years.
