Silencer had a hole in it so I just had to go and get it replaced with a straight pipe....

Installed a pop n lock on the tailgate, the tailgate now locks and unlocks with the central locking.

Replaced the vent unit that I managed to break. In a way this was a good excuse to replace it anyway because the right vent had worn over the years and during cold weather when it's blowing hot air, the vents would point up by themselves when going over bumps due to the plastics simply losing friction. This won't be a problem any more :cool:

Cleaned it - as it looked like it was covered in sand - and redone all of the black trim. It's black again!

Look into CarPro Dlux for black trim, I've got it for my Clio and it's brilliant.

Fitted the rad fans to the new radiator, fitted the radiator assembly to the car. fitted the condenser, re-fitted the top cross-member, adjusted the bonnet catch which reduced the gap and stopped the bonnet from rattling...

A quick oil and filter change ended up with breaking out the 3" hole saw and getting creative to fit some intercooler pipework on the hot side. Cold side was a shed load easier

Nothing exciting, just oil, filters and plugs. Air filter was the most awkward and the only part that drew blood.
