Old rig - will it support 4K monitor?

Hey Guys,

Can someone assist me please.

I still use my the PC in my sig, it's pretty old now but wondering if I could get a low end graphics card that will support 4K display?

I do not game at all so ideally something that my mobo can support.

Any new card should work, gtx950 would do.

Even a 950 would be overkill if there is not intention of gaming

Thanks, I would not be gaming, browsing and watching upto 4K videos/Youtube.

Ideally the cheapest card that can output 4K @60 FPS. Saw a decent priced 23'6 inch 4K monitor.

Any other recommendations?

Text will be quite small on a 24" 4k monitor, surely?
