If people were interested they are not now after price reveal, that AMD market share aint going anywhere fast.

Yup I had about £170 to spend on one today.

Not at £200.

Frankly right now I don't want to support AMD. These prices are stupid.

Like I said earlier, at £170 it would be the same perf/£ as the 380.

At £200, it's WORSE perf/£ than the out-going cards. Unacceptable.

The RX480 really is such a steal at £200 in my opinion. If a decent third party 470 was £160 then we'd be talking, then have the 460 come in at £100 max.

The prices for the most expensive ones don't make sense. Going by computerbase's results, even the fastest factory overclocked 470 is still behind the 480.

Just Ordered the Sapphire Radeon RX 470 Nitro+ OC :D

According to Sapphire and I repeat according to Sapphire's internal testing they are faster than RX 480 MBA's or as we know reference design RX 480 cards. :)

If this is the case then its not so bad price wise, but I was hoping they'd be £149-£179 and not £165-£229.

Does anyone know if there's some kind of adapter i can use for a hx520 psu to get an 8 pin connector? Just noticed all these new cards need an 8 pin and my PSU only has 6 pin connectors :( (no they're not 6+2, they're just 6)

They haven't reviewed it, but according to Techpowerup the reference 480-style cooler does much better on the 470, 11 dbA quieter, so it might be worth waiting until that £165 one comes in stock.

The 4GB 480 Nitro is £11 more... why would you do this?

Birthday present for myself, the 480 nitro pre-order would arrive too late for it. For the sake of a few fps it doesnt bother me that much. (game @ 1080p so the difference is minor, from the reviews I checked.)

Also wanted the slightly lower power usage then the 480.
