So I have an EVGA psu and I'm trying to have a go at sleeving the cables with para-cord.
I bought the Lamptron modding kit which worked a treat on the molex connecters but the ATX tool is useless on EVGA ATX connectors, try as I might I cannot get the pins out.
Can anyone offer advice on how to deal this?

I had the same issue, trust me that the kit will help you remove the cables however they are a massive pain and it's very tedious (Also beware that some of the cables have capacitors/things on them when sleeving). I found that you have the use the tool in a specific orientation (Side ways IIRC) :)

Hope I could help and good luck with the sleeving :)

Thanks for the heads up on the capacitors...
Lamptron tool is useless for the ATX leads other stuff is good.
I wound up purchasing two other tools which are most much better.
