780ti still cut the mustard?

£90 780ti's rock (paid that for mine) it's great @ 1080p although I run mine & 5760x1080 and it handles it very well, only have to dial textures back on GTA V and I don't use AA.

Going to eventually get a second for SLI but really don't feel the need at the moment.

you overclocking yours ?
what speeds ?

Not yet, as I say, despite pushing it way beyond what I should be using it for it copes admirably.

It's excellent @ 1080p and I'm hardly rocking a fast CPU either - i7 870 @3.8Ghz - I might have a play overclocking it eventually, it's a Gigabyte Windforce, may be overclocked out of the box, never bothered to check! :o

Am still rocking a 780ti I bought from MM here paid £200 about 2 years ago, and its a really good card especially for £90 and at 1080p. ;)

A 780ti will overclock very well. I always had mine turned up to 11 and it always massively trounced what fps the benchmarks told me I should get. Easily match a stock 980 once clocked but of course a 980 clocks well too!

Up until a few months ago I was running mine at 1440p ultra and getting a solid 60fps in 2015 titles. Of course since the RX 480 came out the 780ti can barely cope with 720p ;)

As said £90 is good price, considering they seem to go for £140'ish at the usual used item places.

Mine was reference design & ran everything fine, only chugged a bit with GTAV and Witcher 3 if near max settings at 1080p, but stayed above 30fps.

Suppose £90 isn't bad but how old is it and how's it been used? After gaming with a Maxwell Titan X after the 780 Ti I'd want nothing less than the equiv performance of a Maxwell Titan X. Even with that I couldn't max all games at 1440p although I realise we're talking 1080 here. Would still want nothing slower than that at 1080 either to be honest.
