Got an i7 6700k, reset to stock, so running at 1.24v (4.2Ghz boosted)

However, every time i run Real Bench it will crash about 15 mins in. I can run XTU Stress Test for 8 hours, and i have ran memtest on the RAM successfully, no errors found

Initially i thought it was a voltage issue, as i was pushing for 4.7Ghz (up to 1.38v), and it was rebooting on Real Bench, so i reset to stock, and same issue.

Any ideas what's happening?

Ok so i read something interesting, apparently Skylake systems are having problems running certain x264 encoding jobs using handbrake, and this is causing systems to reboot - even at stock
