Pc keeps restarting after switching it off

Hi

I got this small issue my pc keeps switching itself on (skynet ^.^) after I switch it off, sometimes it takes 10 seconds sometimes it will switch itself on after few min. Can this be power supply related ?

my psu is gigabyte 800w

16gb kingston hyper x
