I think P3D might be doing a bit more than us, but with only 3 days left of the 6 days our lead might just be enough unless they put their foot down too

Doesn't look like it was enough, P3D will overtake us for 3rd place in an hour or so with just 4 hours left to go :(
They did have 22 versus the 4 of us.

On a positive note, currently have 15,324 valid tasks, 0 invalid tasks and 29 errors but all of those were cancelled by the server so very stable.
Looks like a good Bio/Med project to add to the Vault :)

There are another 2 TN Grid challenges coming up soon.

Compete against Gridcoin: TN-Grid 3 day Race #001
http://boincstats.com/en/stats/challenge/team/chat/860
Start time
2017-01-25 02:30 UTC
End time
2017-01-28 02:30 UTC

Bioinformatics Challenge (SUSA) 5 day
http://boincstats.com/en/stats/challenge/team/chat/857
Start time
2017-01-30 00:00 UTC
End time
2017-02-04 00:00 UTC

I've signed us up for the SUSA one, the GC one finishes just 2 days before the SUSA one starts so thought it may be a bit of a long haul but I can sign us up for the GC one if we want to do that one as well.

It would be 9 days in total for the two (+ bunkering :))

Thanks for the reminder !
I thought it was tomorrow

Still got some Woo WUs going but mostly up to speed to hit the ground running.

For those joining in there are optimised apps (provided by user Daniel) for Windows/Linux from here...
https://bitbucket.org/sirzooro/pc-boinc/downloads

These are faster than the most recently released optimised apps (again by Daniel) by the admin of the project.

Versions for SSE, AVX and FMA depending on what your CPU is capable of, this thread has the details at the project...
http://gene.disi.unitn.it/test/forum_thread.php?id=135&sort_style=8&start=0

You need to stop and restart the BOINC client to get the optimised app to be recognised and used.

With regards to the opt. apps, you can't go wrong with the SSE2 one pre Haswell (ivy/sandybridge).
I even found it about the same speed as the AVX2 one on haswell linux.

Back on it, managed to move the big rig elsewhere and crunch offline for the day.
I seen I've been dumped down to 9th from 6th in the personal stats, hopefully this mini bunker will pull some places back
