It is mate and no, mine is running ok as it is even on the slow ram, until a decent one comes out I will wait.

Ok, do you have an email address for them? Did you just ask for the latest bios or did you complain that your ram didn't work.

That's a pretty old BIOS, if it's of any use they usually post the latest beta BIOSes on their support forum here: http://forum.gigabyte.us/thread/886/am4-beta-bios-thread

Newest beta for the K7 is the F4C, newest release is the F3 which you can get from the motherboard site support downloads.

It got my memory to boot at 3466. Couldn't even post at 3200 before

Yes, completely forgot what the name of the mobo software is but is on the driver CD or website down load, I tend to use Aorus Engine (GPU tuner) to control my lighting

Upgraded to F4D. I am able to set the memory strap to 3333Mhz no problem, anything above this and system will not load no matter how loose the timings or the voltage. Memory is G-Skill Trident Z RGB 3600 CL16. Using BCLK and memory strap 3333 I have got up to DDR4 3430 at CL14 (haven't tested higher yet). So far I would say F4D is going in the right direction
