Does this still apply if you bought the game in a sale?

Bought Tyranny from humble bundle store sale in June and not sure if i will be eligible.

Filled out the form anyway so guess i'll find out soon.

After all, they raised the prices prior to the sales, so you paid more than you would've if they hadn't been sneaky.
