Hi guys, I have small issue with my mobo, every time I turn off my PC and unplug from socket its going to default settings. I know it sounds like dead battery, but its not. I mean, the clock is not changing, date, etc. When I run the PC i can go to:
F1 Enter the setup
F2: Run with default settings
The screen is black and all I can see is my PC spec and that I wrote above.
I need to change my RAM speed everytime. Is that RAM fault?

Bios updated.

Which method did you use to update the UEFI/BIOS - Live Update or M-Flash?

Live Update isn't safe.

Have you used any overclocking software within Windows? Or only inside UEFI/BIOS?

I have the board and definitely don't use live update to update the bios. Only time I see the F1 or F2 is when the board has failed to boot due to my memory settings.

Don't rule out a dead battery as the PC will often pull the time and date over the ethernet from your router/modem (or even other computers on the network in some cases) and will periodically check online for the time and date.

Also some (but not all motherboards) may be able to use the power in capacitors or any residual power left in the system to keep track of the time and date.
