New 144hz Monitor Advice

Hi guys, looking at getting a 970 gfx soon so will need a new monitor.

Looking for the cheapest I can get away with as Christmas is coming etc. Any help appreciated!

Will also be keeping an eye on the MM

Any monitor will do, but the GTX970 ain't going to cut 144hz even at 1080p.

That's for help! Should be fine, mate I'm getting the 970 off is running it smooth with CS:go, which is solely what I'm going to be using it for everything set to low anyway

I assume you do not buy the GTX970

Ive got an AOC 144hz (G246OPF) and had a BenQ XL2411Z back home.
The AOC is ridiculously bright and the colours are not the best.
The colours on the BenQ were much better and the blue light reduction helped a lot with longer gaming sessions.
If you want to go cheap, just buy whatever 144hz is cheapest but if you're happy to spend a little bit more, i'd get the BenQ (zowie?) current 144hz model.
I play CS:GO and tycoon/city building/management games so i get 144fps easily with my terrible pc.
