First time ever buying a lottery ticket, got a line each with a few people from work. In for £10k. Will be happy to give everyone £10k from my £55.667m share

I still think the prize share is stupid, like one person needs £167m when the second prize is only 6 figures.. No need for the jackpot to be more than £50m

I once purchased £300 worth of NL tickets and ended up losing more than £200

Never won more than £2 on lottery and never anything on Euro Millions.

When I received from the National Lottery something like £1200 for 5 numbers which in those days was 1 shy of the 6 needed for the jackpot, I gave up doing the lottery and apart from bunging a few quid every so often to the health lottery I avoid the big boys with there astronomical odds on winning. I also think that the National Lottery is a total ripoff.
