New Windows 10 install signed into wrong account how to change please

Hi i have done a new pc build and bought a new Windows 10 key for the build as i might keep my old pc as a back up.
Anyway i installed and signed into a microsoft account now with windows 10 doesnt that link your copy of Windows 10 with that account? The reason i wanted my other account was mainly i have Forza Horizon 3 on it.
I signed into my other account and i went to purchases and shows i bought the game but shows no where to download it not even in my library so do i have to make that the main account or something?
When i click on horizon it displays like i have to buy it again.

You could try changing the incorrect account to a "local account". Then create a new microsoft account with your other email address.
