So from the all the recent announcements, for me R6 full white is still in the lead (I've got time though as waiting for Zen+, so this would be good opportunity to update custom loop in a new case).

Guys,

Im very interested in the R6 but do those of you with them already know if i will be able to fit the following EK MLC Predator AIO style rads with the pump/res on the rad?

I was thinking 280 on top and 360 on front

280:
335 x 142 x 68mm (L x W x H)

360:
415 x 133 x 68mm (L x W x H)

Does look rather low. I'll remember to check mine before building.

Can anyone confirm that if the 5.25 bay is used for a DVD drive then I'll be restricted to 280+280 radiators (top and front)? No biggy, I just have a 360+240 atm so would need to change the 360.

thanks

anyone know if the fan hub is 4 pin pwm 12v and just changes the rpm of the 4 pin fans connected with a pwm signal? and does it change the 3 pin fans by voltage according to the 4 pin pwm signal connected to the mobo?
i cant work it out lol

This is from fractal design support

Yes, it's posssible to use y cable on the PWM headers. You can connect plenty of fans as they get power from the SATA power (and the motherboard).
This does however not apply on the 3-pin fans.

(4 pin pwm) Yes, they get 12v but they are regulated by the motherboard PWM signal.

I'm not sure if the fan hub controls the voltage of the 3 pins by the pwm, you will have to see. I'm going to use the Corsair ml140 on the 4 pins with pwm and y cables :)

Edit. Yes the 3 pins are voltage regulated by the pwm signal so fractal design say and also best to use the same fans if you are doing it

Got the case ordered, Was last one in stock,
there be a problem with PWM fans & 3 PIN DC fans & different RPMs of Fans, connected to the Hub, Would not be able to operate correctly,
I will use directly to motherboard all the fans
