My step son has an iPhone 6s and it's ruining the Wi-Fi on my Sky Q box. It works fine for me and the wife's Samsung phones and the laptops with pretty solid low pings but as soon as he starts scrolling through Instagram and Snapchat the pings from my phone to the router start going all over the place, quite often way up into the hundreds. I can replicate it every time with the iPhone but no other device causes the issue. Anyone else experienced something like this? I can't think why it's behaving like that.

Is there some kind of automatic backup process kicking off and trying to upload a shed load of stuff such as iCloud, Google Photo's, Whatsapp etc.
I can't see anything and it only seems to happen when scrolling in those 2 apps. The fact it's completely bombing out the connection to the router and not just the internet is very strange. I don't think it can be a bandwidth thing.
