Embedding IP camera into website (bandwidth concerns)

Hi,

What are the options for embedding an IP camera into a website? possibility of ~100-1000 users at once on rare occasions. So bandwidth is my main concern.

Happy to use 3rd party hosting if we can stream one copy to another or use any tools to do it..

Why not use something like youtube, twitch, mixer, livestream or one of the other streaming services to stream your camera and then their servers can take the strain of the bandwidth requirements rather than you having to deal with it? You are then only having to deal with the bandwidth to their systems.
