Hi all, I need some help. I have hosting with Vidahost and I wanted to add some space as a subdomain so I can upload files to test etc. I used to have a subdomain for testing and I created this by going to subdomain and create new subdomain.
I have tried again tonight to add a subdomain and I create it, create a FTP, log in with Filezilla, upload my files and when I enter the address of it, I get a forbidden access and internal error 500.
I contacted Vidahost but the live chat was useless and said that the folder was empty, even though FTP'ing into it shows them there and when I go to the folder in Public HTML it shows the files there, I just can't access them. Any help is appreciated as I am confused and I might raise a ticket and look to move over to Krystal at some point in the future.
