Off to Venice.... any recommendations?

If you are into art there is so much to see. It's complete overload. Sure you've seen a picture of the Michelangelo but seeing it in person is a wholly different experience. Some of the paintings are huge - 15 and 20 feet tall.

Another vote for glass blowing in Morano, this was what I enjoyed the most. It's a cool city but not got loads to do. Boats are great though so enjoy!

Another tip, if you're driving in to Venice, don't take the wrong turning at the roundabout after the 5km long bridge and go all the way back, i know someone who did, that, yep, it was me

Go and visit some of the fine buildings by Carlo Scarpa - also drink spritz everywhere
