Is anyone here able to give some insight to where the ryzen apu laptops are, I know a few are in existence but just the extreme few but targeted directly at the ultrabook market as opposed to more general laptops to make them cheaper without the frills.

There's a tiny selection if you look around. A family member recently picked up the Acer Swift 3 which was discounted to £600, but the lack of cheaper Ryzen laptops, especially with the lower end 2200U/2300U seems non existent in the UK. AMD did show off some more laptops at Computex so hopefully there will be more later in the year.
