There's a guy in the Noble owners circle that does car wraps - he's done an amazing job on a few of the Nobles I have seen. No idea on cost mind...

And one of the Nobles he has done (infact you can see his orange one on the left too)

I had a quote from WrapArt in Birmingham for an FN2 using 3M Material
£1500 for exterior
£1900 including door shuts + returns.

Not bad at all, if my DIY paint job goes badly on the next one then it'll be getting wrapped instead :D

How much for a complete car respray? Surely if you're going for the same colour you don't need to strip the car back to frame, just protect glass/wheels etc and prep/spray/finish.

Can't be much more.

Much more prep involved, need to buff/sand it back down til it's no longer shiny aka new paint will stick.
You can't spray pillars or frames without also protecting the interior so that's even more time, whereas a wrap you can just cut at the edges.

I had the X6 wrapped and the wifes car at the same time in 2010 and the wifes is still going strong. Mine was removed when I sold it and the paint was as good as it was when it first went on.

If the paintwork is pitted it will show through and as said a good job will not be cheap but a good place will tell you if the paintwork is too far gone to wrap it. Problem you have as well is if it is flaky and chipped and you decide to remove it then you will be ripping off parts of the paintwork. It needs to be applied and removed with a heat gun to melt the adhesive.

3k + but it will still be the same soft paint that will just get destroyed in a matter of months

Not wrapped my whole car but had the grills, wing mirrors and roof wrapped. For then grills it was cheaper to pay to have them wrapped rather than buy OEM gloss black from BMW. Obviously more expensive than buying Chinese ones from eBay but the fitment is perfect because.. well.. they’re OEM essentially.

Roof wrap cost me £180 I think and i’m Really
Impressed with it. You can tell it’s not standards paint up close but i’m talking like, when you’re washing and detailing the car and that’s it.

I’d guess wrapping an entire car would set you back quite a bit though..

I take it that's Honda paint? You could have it sprayed with any brand of paint and it'll match or be extremely close to what you've already got, I've owned some old cars and other than a 30-year-old VW Corrado I've had zero issues with paint. My current VW is 2006 golf and looks better than most cars that are 5 years old.

It may be more, but if it's done by a proper body specialist, decent paint, finished well and then ceramic coat it it'll give you a much better finish and last a lot longer than a wrap.

Also depends if you are thinking of selling the car, while looking for another mk5 golf gti I found a lovely specced one, went to see it and it was wrapped. Turns out he'd had a nightmare trying to sell it because no one wanted to buy a wrapped car as you've no idea what the paint is like underneath and the only way to find out is to remove the wrap. Worth keeping in mind.
