Hey guys, a friend of mine just purchased an NZXT Kracken x62 and would like to change the stock fans.

He wants maximum air flow with super quietness... any ideas which fans would fit this request?

Noctua are defiantly top of the pile. Expensive and ugly as, though!

sorry for late reply i been out all day.. which noctua fans would be best? he wants high air flow low noise

I have a different case to you but if you want a cheaper alternative I can recommend both the Corsair AF120 Quite editions or Corsair Af140.

I currently run x2 AF120 as exhaust fans and 1 AF140 as an intake.

You want the SP120 or SP140 if the fans are to be used on radiators.

Get Noctua A series fans. They will last you longer than a pet tortoise and they are quiet and super high quality. They are also brown.
Brown is the colour of quality.

Thanks for the replys guys, to be honest i dunno why he wants to change the stock fans.. after a little fettling with CAM i got it running at "performance" and they not even loud.. RAD gets a tad warm but thats to e expected.. Am sure i seen some Noctua A series in a colour better than baby sick the other day.. al have to investigate

Noctua AF-14, i found them in black (wow that was a shock).. are they any good for air flow?

That's why I went down the Corsair route.
