Unless the USB connection is an adaptor that is attached onto 2.5mm or 3.5mm connectors, which can just be removed, then it's not possible. As an example; HyperX Cloud II would be such a headset where this is possible. You can either use the USB dongle or remove it and use the 3.5mm connectors with a sound card.

The problem when it comes to headsets that only have USB connector which can not be removed, is that they require drivers, as anything USB does. You can't connect something onto the USB connector and have audio come out of a 3.5mm connector which will go to a sound card, because the USB is not connected to the PC, so the headset cannot work. 3.5mm connections are analogue and cannot carry any data where drivers are required.

I think only way would be cutting cable and attaching 3.5mm plug to correct wires...
Or maybe some "virtual audio cable" could be used to route SB Z recording its output to USB sound card :

Anyway suspect they really aren't that capable for binaural sound with that RGB bling bling and fashion hype being main design goals...

The audio field felt larger in stereo though compared to Dolby 7.1, but it didn’t feel as expansive as when I was using 7.1 surround sound on the HyperX Cloud II headset, which gave me a better sense of directional sound.

Not to mention this Corsair having one of the more horrible frequency responses in this pile of trinkets:
