Good to see the SQ's going up all the time.
Yeah, though, today's not gone so well:

SQ:
2x5 @ 20kg
1x5 @ 40kg
1x5 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 75kg
5/3/5/5/4/3 @ 87.5Kg

So, I've repeatedly failed to have time for benching on the proper bench, and having to 'make it up' with dumbbells.
The solution, I'm actually going to plan to use dumbbells, and so I've had a wee de-load.

BP (Dumbells):
2x5 @ 10kg
1x5 @ 20kg
1x5 @ 25kg
4x8 @ 30kg

ROW:
1x5 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 72.5kg
5/5/3/3/2 @ 82.5 Kg dammit this just isn't going up is it? 2 fails, dropping to 3rep sets

Time time time.
Also, I had an annoying cold, was not up for any real lifting.
Did some rows and bench on friday, but monday was an out.

SQ:
2x5 @ 20kg
1x5 @ 40kg
1x5 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 80kg
5/5/3/4/4/1 @ 90kg

OHP: (I had to clean the weight to begin, Did not help)
2x5 @ 20kg
1x5 @ 35kg
5/5/5/4/4/2 @ 50kg

DL:
1x5 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 85kg
1x5 @ 100kg
3/4/3 @ 115kg

Tried to workout on friday, but with picking up the little one, swimming lessons, and Jiu-Jitsu beating the **** out of me, it didn't go great

SQ:
2x5 @ 20kg
1x5 @ 40kg
1x5 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 80kg
5/3/5/3 @ 90Kg

BP (Dumbells):
2x5 @ 10kg
1x5 @ 20kg
1x5 @ 25kg
8/8/2/5 @ 35kg

ROW:
1x5 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 72.5kg
6x3 @ 82.5 Kg

So, 2 fails at 90 and I'm moving the rep scheme.

SQ:
2x5 @ 20kg
1x5 @ 40kg
1x5 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 80kg
6x3 @ 90kg

After I got to work I realised I should be doing 8 sets of 3 reps.....to keep the total reps.....SIGH

OHP: (I had to clean the weight to begin, Did not help)
2x5 @ 20kg
1x5 @ 35kg
8x3 @ 50kg

DL: (all excuses today as I forgot my belt haha)
1x5 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 85kg
1x5 @ 100kg
3/5 @ 112.5kg Wasn't feeling it

SQ:
2x5 @ 20kg
1x5 @ 40kg
1x5 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 80kg
8x3 @ 92.5Kg

BP (Dumbells):I think this whole idea with Dumbbells needs thought out, the rep plans etc isn't working with the increments I've got)
2x5 @ 10kg
1x5 @ 20kg
1x5 @ 25kg
5/5/5/5/4/4 @ 35kg

ROW: (couldn't get a bar, so used the seated row machine till it was free, then did some 80kg
1x5 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 70kg
3/3/3/3 @ 78 Kg
3/3/3/3 @ 80 Kg

GP why you not doing bench press with bar?

How come you're having to clean the weight to do OHP? Also, nice progression so far :) How is your form looking on Squats now?

Both of these are time.

I dunno if I've got lazy, or the weights just going up, but once I'm done warm ups and squats I'm just out of time.

I have to do my squats at home before work, then I'll do my other 2 exercises at the work gym.

No rack at work, nothing to hold a bar for OHP or BP
We've got a proper bar and weights courtesy of a guy in my office who does crossfit at lunch.
TBH i don't mind the cleaning, I think it probably gets me a far better session than just pressing :D

With regards to Squat form, I think I'm doing much better. I can feel it more and know where I'm going wrong in places much better.
I might do some new videos, get some evidence for the PB :p just my phone case broke and it let me stand the phone haha
