Carbide Series SPEC-04 Mid-Tower Gaming Case — Can it fit this ATX motherboard?

Hi All,

I'm doing a basic build for a friend of mine. I've specced up a case to match up with the motherboard below. Could someone just verify if this mobo will fit it? Thanks guys.

Mobo Dims: ATX (305 x 230 mm)
Case Mobo Compatibility: ATX (Up to 272mm) - The 'upto' is throwing me off. Am I correct in assuming this refers to the horizontal mobo length? (in this case 230mm)

Gone for gtx 1060 on deal for £220 or gtx 1080 for £450? Haha

I actually specced him an Asus GeForce GT 1030 OC lol. This chap is a writer so he doesn't really need any graphical power for the most part. I'm seriously tempted by those 1080 deals to replace my aging GPU though but I'm resisting!
I was going to order that Corsair as I do love their stuff (800d owner here) but I went with the bumblebee case as it'll be going under a desk and there isn't much height room down there.

Indeed, though I confess I wasn't sure how good they were on the performance end of things hence the 1030. Ah well, can't change it now because ocuk have already shipped the lot already!

no worries, to be honest if its jus for displaying on the screen then it'll do fine . currently have one till next gen rolls over and 1160gtx makes it way to us - young kids so can hold out til beginning of next year
