At the moment I use Multiplicity and Windows 10. This is great because I can use the KVM feature to "remote desktop" into a remote PC.

But I cannot find a good equivalent for Ubuntu/CentOS :(

Teamview is way too expensive now, my budget is £30 per year. Also I need to be able to see the screen connected to the PC from my remote PC, kinda like remote support.

Ubuntu comes with vino-server (type "Desktop Sharing" into the dash) to provide remote desktop functionality. It should work with whatever VNC client you choose; if you're on a Ubuntu host, Remmina can do VNC, otherwise there's loads of VNC clients on Windows.

Start a session with 'vncserver' on the CLI, ensure the ports are open (i.e. a range of 5900 to 5905) then use something like RealVNC client to connect in.

This. You can use the standard Windows Remote Desktop client to connect to a Linux machine or a Windows machine, and it works flawlessly. I've used it to remote into a Raspberry Pi if I wanted to do something that would have been a pain using SSH.
Unless you are using Debian/Ubuntu then it won't work due to a bug
