How do I change my lights

Hi all,

I recently bought the PC below...

How do I change the colours in the case? The RGB lights inside change colour randomly and I can’t work out how I change them?

Can anyone help?

What motherboard is it? Might be asus aura sync software?

The mother board appears to be a Asus Strix Z370-F gaming.
