PS4 Backup - Any Advice?

Hey guys, I'm clutching at straws i suspect, I bought a ps4 pro and did a full backup of my ps4 to keep my saves - and then I find you can't restore PS4 backups to PS4 Pro's

I'm just hoping someone might know a trick, i have the backup on a usb stick still but short of buying a ps4 just to restore it too to copy things off I don't know of any other idea to get the save games back?

Assuming you have PS+ then you should be able to download your game save backups from the options somewhere.

Yeah there are cloud saves.

Backing up from a PS4 to a PS4 pro should be possible per above.

Yeah, I did it ages ago when I upgraded. Wasn't a problem.

if you have Plus then they should be saved in your cloud storage.

I don't have plus, so no cloud saves unfortunately - the video about it being possible is interesting though, must check it out!
