Summary Chart Instead of looking at video

Ryzen 2 Single Channel Vs Dual Channel with normal 3200Mhz timings + Best Ram Settings for my Ryzen 2 System with tight timings, in some games at 2560x1440 Ultra settings.

To see if there is a difference when gaming at ultra settings with high resolution.

Ryzen 2 CPU's in combination with X470/X450 boards should all be able to reach 3400Mhz on the memory.

I tested from 3200Mhz to 3600Mhz but anything past 3466 was about same results,so I left out above 3466Mhz.

I found the sweet spot for FPS on my Ryzen system and that was 3466Mhz with tight timings.

A couple weird results ,could be just Nvidia Shadowplay anomaly.

Sorry no testings at lower resolution or low/medium setting.
There are plenty of others who have shared there findings with the lower settings and lower resolutions.

Yes good at 3466 and 3600 but they were the same so I did not add 3600,Oh the RAM at 3200 yes i could run timings CL14-14-14 xx but most normal 3200 is CL 16-18-18-18 so I went with that.

Never managed 3466 on three different sets of memory, 1700X and 2700X, so ended up with fairly tight CL14 @ 3333 (actually about 3366 due to bclk of 101). Hoping next Agesa/bios release can help.

Above chart is excellent, good stuff. :)

Single Channel penalty is consistent with other platforms where historically it has always been around 10%.

looks good, guessing the timings in your able were without shadow play recording ? and then did a shadow play to show roughly the your methods and visual difference ?

Thanks again,3333 with tight timing is still very good on Ryzen on that 2700X.
I am using a modified BIOS on the MSI X470 - Gaming Plus.Hopefully new Agesa 1.0.0.6 will be released end of month.I would love to try 4000Mhz on my cheap board.

Great chart I was going to add one later,thanks saved me some time.Some games there was no difference when I was screwing around but I just ended up using those 10 I listed in the chart.
I just wanted to try ultra settings at higher resolution to see if anything did change from the way it always was.

Timing in the table were with shadowplay on,I just did not mention this ,also with shadowplay on and off there was a 2 to 10 FPS difference on all the games tested.

You should add in a run at 2933MHz C14 and you can see what difference speed vs. latency makes over say 3200 with C16 timings, I've been doing something similar albeit with the Ryzen APU's to see how memory speed and timings effect the graphics performance of the on-board GPU, still not finished it yet sadly since it's been so busy lately. Nice info regardless for all the gamers our there. :)

I did do testing with tight timings on 2133/2667/2933/3200/3400/3466/3600 but I just went with what I posted.Too much information and I am no reviewer ,someone people are really picky so I tried to keep it somewhat simple.

Anyway I tested 2133/2667 tight timings are about 5 FPS behind in some games and others got the same as 3200 tight timings.
2933/3200/3400/3466/3600 tight timings were all about the same.
I adjusted all sub timings and retested Metro/Hitman/Kingdom Come.Kept sub timings the same but went with EG:2133 CL10-10-10-xx ,2667 10-12-12-xx ,2933cl-14-14-14-xx.
Sold Single stick of 16GB,selling 2x8 4000 Samsung Bdie and just going with cheapest 3200/3400 ram.It really makes no difference for me gaming at 2560x1440.

Looking at what you have said correlates with what I had found on a normal Ryzen system, that buying 3200MHz+ RAM is not needed, but better RAM that can do much tighter timings, with the APU's I am finding that there are benefits to going past 3200MHz but this is due to the GPU being memory bandwidth starved more than the CPU.

I don't think you need to be a reviewer to provide very useful information, just RAW data and how it was created is enough for most people to figure out what is good and what is not, and more people in communities like this one providing information is a lot more valuable that a random reviewer with a single setup.

Thanks again, I'll be sure to post some more data when I finally get time to do it. :)

Thanks again for the reply,and I will keep an eye on the forums to see what data you post.I think you will be posting some great information. Which will be valuable to all forum members going or even thinking about Ryzen.
