That's a good example of political propaganda. It makes no sense at all, but it promotes division, promotes perception of a group as The Enemy Who Is To Blame and promotes obedience rather than thought. It's a perfect example of causing and using irrational prejudice as a means of obtaining political power.
To anyone who doesn't see the problem, imagine
exactly the same video but with the characters in it labelled as "Jews" rather than "old white people". Same stereotypes. Same words. Same way of thinking. Same video in every way, just using a very slightly different strain of irrational prejudice as the means of obtaining political power.
