Hi,

Just wanted to know if anyone here uses facebook ads? I've signed up to facebook and then the business manager and I've been locked out mid-creation of an advert where it has asked me for a photo to verify myself? Anyone experienced this, and is it something random?

No idea why it feels like I am being treated like a scam artist.... just wondering if it is usual?

Annoying there isn't an email that I can find to contact customer support.

I've not used it in over a year but yes, the photo to verify yourself is to help cut down on spam adverts or scammer adverts.

You can blame the #fakenews and all the other facebook issues there have been recently for the added layers of paininthebacksidery
