Canon MX850 - adding to network

I have one of these printers and I would like to add it to my network. It used to have the old style printer cable plugged into my desktop PC. But I no longer use that PC. My iMac doesn't seem to have this old style printer port and nor does my laptop.

What to do?

Old style?

According to the Internet is has USB 2.0 and an Ethernet LAN port. You shouldn't have a problem using with either of them (assuming Canon have suitable drivers available).

Thanks for pointing that out. I couldn't see an ethernet LAN port, but it has a plug in there which needed pulling out. All networked now and happy.
