I'm looking to get a SSD for my media PC during the Black Friday sale but out of these drives, which one would you go for in terms of reliability and has better NAND/controller?
  • Crucial MX500
  • SanDisk SSD Plus
  • Kingston A400
  • Adata Ultimate SU650
  • Integral P Series 5

The SanDisk, Kingston, Adata and Integral are DRAM-less SSDs so I would avoid for reliability. Best to go for the MX500 as it is on par with Samsung Evo.
