Cheap but good PSUs with removable cables?

Hi folks, not been on here for yonks, years even.

Can anybody recommended a cheap but good power supply with removable cables?

I'm resurrecting an old media/hi-fi style case but it's quite cramped in there so the less cables cluttering the innards the better!

"cheap" and "good" do not belong in the same sentence when it comes to PSUs. You never want to cheap out on them.

How much power do you need? Is it full ATX size or can you go smaller? How hot is it going to be in your case?
