Can you please recommend a backup software?

Hi,

I am looking for an easy to use backup software which will create system image backups and also backup my photos and documents in a scheduled way (e.g. once in a month). I am currently using Windows Backup at least for my documents and photos, but don't have a system image in case of an issue.

Furthermore, can you also recommend a reliable 6TB disk?

Thx

I use Macrium Reflect to automatically image my drives every night. If I want an individual file I can mount an image full to get at it.

I have other local and cloud backups as well but Macrium covers me for most day-to-day things.

Another good tool is veeam endpoint, it's free.

Super simple.
I've used Veeam free a few times and it's good. Restored image backups to other machines without problems too.
I've used Macrium in work which is good too. We have a paid version there, do Macrium do a free home use version?

It doesn't do system image backups, only files, but https://www.backblaze.com/ is good and cheap.

I have just moved to "Macrium reflect" from "Acronis True Image" because for some reason Acronis cant detect my drives when it reboots to restore a image, now I have Optane Memory.

I recently tried Macrium Reflect (boot USB) on a clean install of Windows 10 (just Windows only, no other programs), it took 12 minutes on a NVME drive to backup.
I then tried Acronis True Image (boot USB), it took 2 mins and used less disk space.
