Pretty sure the suicide of his daughter has left him broken from what i've read, doubt he's given this a second glance.

I'm one of the first to bash Snyder, despite loving Watchmen and 300 but really feel for him with what he's been through.

yeah i wouldn't wish what happened to him on anyone, but he did do a very poor job with superman regardless.

I'm not sure why either as she's been extremely vague but potentially it's about "excessive" violence towards women but the other reviews by AngryJoe, Christ Stuckman etc don't make much of an issue about it, other than to say you get to see what someone with "Superman type" powers could actually do to a human but I can't see it being worse than Torture Porn like Hostel etc.

I liked it.
A good stand alone, shorter film.
I hope there's no sequel. It's fine just as it is. Althougth I suspect it's going to make 20x it's production cost so .....
