Currently looking for a PC that I can build.

Budget: £3000

What I mainly want the PC for: Gaming, I would like to benefit from 144hz monitors. Streaming at a good quality. and video editing (Adobe Suite)

the problem I got with the 9900k I would like is that it runs hot and I like to do Adobe Premiere work often as its my main hobby I like to do and I would get a 144hz Monitor but for now I'm looking for a tower PC that would benefit me for awhile. ifI can fit in a monitor that's a bonus.

(also I've been thinking about 8700k or 2700x but I don't know if AMD can help with high refresh rates + 8700k I hear can also get pretty hot but I can't stream at 1080p quality on most games (Limited to 720p / 900p if I go 6 cores)

tldr: I'm bashing my head against a wall since september trying to think what is the right CPU to buy.

@Nicholas_

I9 9900k but with Vega 64 and Freesync to keep costs down whilst still be ace at 1440p gaming .
1TB SSD for OS and games
500gb nvme drive for Adobe and workload
HDD for storage

Case with USB C port to plug into board , high VRM count to handle CPU being clocked hard and worked hard for long periods of time

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £2,312.95 (includes shipping: £23.10)

Nvidia 2080 for more power and G-sync screen version

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £2,993.95 (includes shipping: £23.10)
