Ducky Shine 7 Chroma connect doesn't work.

Any Ducky Shine 7 owners here would like to chime in?
Basically the Ducky software you can enable Chroma connect and then Razer Synapse will pick it up and let Synapse take over the keyboard. On a dialog that I have with a reddit user, his seems to be working. But it doesn't seem to be working for me, I get no lights.

Was wondering if anyone else here have tried it and able to get it to work?

The shine 7 will support Razer Chroma, You can use razer synapse functions as long as you own a razer chroma product ( Razer headset or mouse fo example ).

Thanks for replying. So you're saying the reason its not working is because I don't own a Razer product? If I got the Razer RGB mouse mat, that would make the keyboard work?

As you can see it actually detects it fine and able to select different profiles in synapse.

Overwatch integration with Razer chroma keyboards have individually lit keys depending on character selection and game situation. Will my Ducky behave the same or is it just 1 colour at a time across the board?
And to confirm, will it give me this function when I plug in a Chroma mouse mat.
another example is the starlight effect. If I use that on the mouse pad, it will give me the full effect on the ducky keyboard?

You must have a Razer Chroma device for it to work.
