Ive honestly never had any problems with their coolers, last one i had was on my ATI 6870, it went from being a tornado leaf blower to almost silent even at full load. I love Arctic :D
I've found using 25mm thick fans on GPU drops noise levels to almost non-existent. I'm spoiled by good fans .. really, really good fans .. and I still like and recommend Arict F series to people who want decent fans at low, low prices.

Arctic has a new line out, their P series. I need to get some and see how they do.

Those look impressive! I have a bunch of F12 Silents in my case, they really are silent, only thing i noticed with their pwm fans is some of them have a bad ticking sound, i always thought voltage fans suffer that and not pwm?

Oh those look luuuush. 0% speed option, better static pressure and black too? I'm sold. F series have been my go-to for budget builds for ages.

I use the fan adapter on my GPU to control fans on the radiator for the karken G12. I use afterburner to control the fan speed. fans run at 0 rpm until a certain GPU temp. I could run the rad with no fans and it only hits 60c

So ive attached two 120mm Bitfenix Spectres to the heatsink, both connected to a mobo header and controlled by Argus, absolutely flawless. They cool about the same as the stock fans but do it at way less speed so its almost silent. Glad i did it :)

As an update to this, for some reason controlling the GPU fan speeds with Argus was causing something funky and i was getting hard locks that took ages to work out, even got a new PSU thinking it was the problem :/

Anyway i got a GPU pwm adapter cable and connected two Arctic Cooling P12's, my god these things are epic, great static pressure and VERY quiet at full speed of 1800rpm. At about 800rpm they keep my 1070 at about 55c and they are silent!
