Hi

Looking at the product page for that system I would change/ask about a few things.

The psu is listed as 600W Bronze rated. I am going to assume that it is a lower end Kolink unit. That would be the 1st thing I would change on a system like this. An Antec Earthwatts, Seasonic Focus etc would be a better choice.

The Motherboard just says 'Z390' so again there is no way of knowing which board it is. It could be an entry level or it might be a decent mid range etc. Best to find out. In any case I would maybe go with one of the Gigabyte Aorus boards, or something like an MSI Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon etc.

Last thing would be the cooler. The 9900K runs very hot so I would want the max amount of cooling possible. Looks like that BeQuiet Pure Base 600 can fit a 360mm radiator. The Alphacool Eisbaer LT 360 would be a good choice, but it is out of stock right now. You have Corsair, NZXT and BeQuiet etc who also do 360mm for more cash. Or if you don't mind an air cooler something like the BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4. Think it should just fit in that case.

@lee32uk @scorchisio

Board in that build is Gigabyte entry £120 z390 with 10+2 VRM set up. So better then most z390 and z370 boards .

Can handle 9900k with avx for a good few hours under MCE ;)

Quiet 600 is a nice case ! But their new 601 is better :D

Also slap in the Dark Rock Pro 4 and save some cash :)

Get them to change to formula 650w PSU and ditch the Gigabyte nvme 256GB for 512 Gigabyte sata 3 SSD. More space :)

Drop to 750w PSU, move to Base 700 and allows you to slap in silent loop 360 AIO. Wouldn't dream of using that Asetek CLC and pushing 5ghz all cores...

Or if you like the base 900 then go with Bequiet flagship air cooler Dark Rock Pro 4...

Would still perform better personally and quieter

its a good unit - guessing this is pre-built for you ?

heads up, use the same alphacool unit ( OEM for bequiet) , make sure the fan header the pump is plugged into in the Bios is running 100% !!! pump is dead silent and best performance is at it running 100% .
fans should and hopefully are connected to CPU fan headers and will increase and decrease speed based on CPU temp

also if going Base 900, be cheeky and blag V2 upgrades - includes USB C port at the front and PSU bay cover
