Don't know what rtx 2080 to buy

My budget would be preferably £700 or below but can stretch to £750 for the right card.
I have gfx card buyer's fatigue; really am fed up looking for price and performance etc.
What would you guys recommend?
If I can get RGB that's a plus, if I can semi-passive cooling even better.

My current Gigabyte 1070 is a decent card but it never OC'd that well unlike my card before that an ASUS 970 Strix that took everything I threw at it. would be nice to pump some more frames out of the card I get, though I know it's a bit limit with this architecture.

Just get the MSI Ventus...seems to be one of the cheapest around and was temporarily at sub £550 the other day.

Don't think it's got any RGB, though I'm not 100% sure on that. Has a backplate though.

Palit Gamerock 2080 is one of the cheapest ones you can currently find in the UK for £680. It's pretty much as good as they get.
