All 3 cards are within my budget (I'm moving from an MSI Gaming 6GB 980Ti):
Palit GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GAMING PRO OC - http://www.palit.com/palit/vgapro.php?id=3006&lang=en
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 Ti WINDFORCE 11GB - https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N208TWF3-11GC#kf
ZOTAC GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Triple Fan 11GB - https://www.zotac.com/product/graphics_card/zotac-gaming-geforce-rtx-2080-ti-triple-fan
I'm mostly leaning towards the Gigabyte because it's a brand I'm more familiar with and it has 3 fans
The other 2 have higher clock speeds with factory OC but the Palit only has 2 fans (I don't want anything too noisy) and I'm unfamiliar with the Zotac brand.

I have a Palit 1080 Super Jetstream and the two fans are exceedingly quiet when they are active. Even at full pelt, although audible, are not particularly loud. My case is a silverstone fortress ft02

Doesn't compare tbh, the heat from the Ti's is on another level. I'd go for the Zotac as I know the cooling is very good on that as I've used one, the triple fan setup works v well.

Do not get the regular wind force. It's the a "non A" chip meaning it's not binned and you'll be overclock limited. You can't flash bios either.

If you want a wind force, get the OC.

Far Cry 5 @ 4K/60 last night for 3 hours, 64C max temp on a Zotac AMP 2080Ti, auto fan profile. Inaudible while playing. :)

TBH though, I’ve no experience of the other cards so can’t really compare.
