With the tinkering you can do, the overclocking performance you can get and the free games you get too. This card is a no brainer.
Hours of fun tinkering with settings if you like that sort of thing.
Overclocking ability is also great when you undervolt it, not too shy off a vega64 performance.
Free games you can sell to make the card even cheaper.
AMD often get grief for their GPU's but with the driver maturity ongoing, these cards are the best value for money.

Currently have a 5820k which I want to overclock to about 4.5ghz, seasonic g550 watt gold psu, would I be able to run this gpu with my psu do you think?

NICE! A little undervolting with a custom fan curve and I'm sure that MSI could be kept to a reasonable 2000rpm
